What is the quality of your hair?

This allows them to be treated like your natural hair and it gives them a much longer life span. Remy Human Hair blends seamlessly with your natural hair and remains soft, silky and healthy when cared for correctly. This gives our extensions a longer life, luxurious texture, natural elasticity and a beautiful luster. Each collection goes through meticulous quality control to ensure the highest quality standards for long-lasting extensions.

How long will my extensions last?

One of the best things about hair extensions is versatility! They can be worn whenever and wherever you want. With proper care our hair extension will last a year or longer. Because of the unique and delicate craftsmanship, lace frontals and closures have a shorter life span of 1-3 uses. How much hair is in each bundle?

Approximately 3.6oz to 4.0oz.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express),Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Affrim, and Quad Pay . All International orders must be paid using the PayPal check out option. International orders without PayPal Seller Protection will be automatically canceled. Thank you for your understanding.

How long is shipping and processing?

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. It will take 1 to 2 business days to process your order.  Processing time is in addition to shipping. The amount of time it takes your order to be delivered  to your shipping address will depend on the courier. Standard Shipping is 5 to 7 business days and priority is 2 to 3. On average a package is delivered within 7 business days. During Major Sales and Promotions, orders may take up to 7 business days for orders to process.  Packages can only be shipped to the billing address of the  credit card used. 

How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided at the time of checkout. Please be sure to double-check that our email didn't end up in your junk/spam or promotions folder. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an 'Order Fulfilled’ e-mail which will include your tracking number and details on where your package can be tracked. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to show. Tracking can be done via text if phone number was provided.

Can I modify my order?

Order processing starts as soon as an order is placed. Therefore, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc. If the product you ordered is not available, We will contact you immediately to see if you are interested in a product substitution. If a substitution is not a viable option for you and you wish to cancel your order completely, we will issue your payment as a refund immediately

Return Policy/Exchange Policy

Our goal is to provide top-quality products that meet or exceed your expectation. October Silk Extensions stands by it's quality with confidence, however, we understand that there may be circumstances in which you need to exchange items purchased. Therefore, we are pleased to accommodate exchanges within 14 days on all items that haven't been worn or altered from its original form. Items can only be exchanged. Following the delivery of your items, if you're not satisfied with the quality of any product, we will make the necessary adjustments to ensure satisfaction. Once your item(s) have been received, please allow 3 to 4 business days for your exchange. As soon as we receive confirmation that the item(s) are in re-sellable condition we will issue you a exchange. Understandably however, we cannot guarantee that all products will agree with your personal taste. Customers wishing to return items for a an exchange will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We will deduct the shipping cost if error occurred during our shipping process.

  • Can I color, tone, or bleach my hair extensions?

    If your hair color is off a few shades from your natual hair color no worries ! October Silk Hair Extensions are made of 100% remy human with hair and can be dyed, darkened, or toned by a professional haircolorist. All hair unless stated otherwise will come in a natural brown color similar to 1b.

    How many bundles do I need?

    This is determined by the lengths you desire. All bundles are the same weight (approximately 3.6oz), the longer the bundles the shorter the wefts, and shorter bundles have longer wefts. Two bundles are sufficient for lengths under 18." For Lengths over 18" we recommend 3-4 bundles. For a fuller look buy bundles of the same lengths.

    Tracking delay or missing package?

    We recommend immediately checking with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered. You can also contact the carrier directly to verify that they no longer have the package. The phone number for USPS is 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). October Silk is provided with the same tracking information provided by carrier. Contacting the them as soon as possible will help expedite the situation. Please make sure to also enter the correct shipping address, street number and name, apartment or suite number, city, state, and zip code. We are not held liable for packages that are delivered to the wrong address if the address information was input incorrectly.
