ORDER PROCESSING

Items will only be shipped to the billing address associated with the credit card used. Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days to receive tracking number and  5 to 10 business days for items purchased  during a sale.  All packages are  currently shipped via USPS or UPS.

PAYMENT TERMS

We accept all major credit cards.  Billing address must be the same as credit card used. 

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Exchanges are available within 14 business days after delivery.  October Silk Extensions stands by it's quality with confidence. Our goal is to provide top-quality products that meet or exceed your expectation.  However, we understand that there may be circumstances in which you need to exchange items purchased.  Therefore, we are pleased to accommodate exchanges within 14 days on all items that haven't been  worn or altered from its original form. Items can only be exchanged . Following the delivery of your items, if you're  not satisfied with the quality of any product, we will make the necessary adjustments to ensure satisfaction. Understandably however, we cannot guarantee that all products will agree with your personal taste
